Which courier will you use? We normally use Royal Mail or DHL.
 

Where will you deliver goods? United Kingdom only at the moment but we have big plans!
 

Are my credit/debit card details secure? Yes! All your payment details are encrypted whilst being sent and received and are only handled by our payment processors WorldPay (Royal Bank of Scotland) and PayPal.
 

How do I cancel an order?  Contact us in writing or by e-mail; you have up to 7 days to cancel starting from when you receive the goods.
