What do I do if an item I've ordered is no longer wanted? We are very happy to refund or exchange items that are returned within 14 days of receipt*. Returned goods must be unused with no marks or signs of wear and with their original packaging, with labels etc, so that they can be re-sold.
What do I do if an item is faulty when delivered? Return the item to us and we'll either refund you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.
Who pays the postage for returning items? If you receive a faulty item, we’ll refund the cost of posting it back to us (up to £25). If an item is simply no longer wanted or you wish to change it for something else, you'll need to pay to post it to us. Replacement goods are posted free. Please use recorded delivery to return items to avoid any losses.
Where do I send returned items? Post to "Returns, G. Denny & Sons, Market Place, Harleston, Norfolk, IP20 9AH", and include a note indicating your order number and whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
