What do I do if an item I've ordered is no longer wanted?

We hope that you will be very happy with your order from Denny & Sons, but if you wish to return or exchange an unwanted item we’ll be very happy to help you within 28 days of the date you receive your order.

Returned goods must be unused with no marks or signs of wear and with their original packaging, with labels etc, so that they can be re-sold. For refunds, we will refund the price of returned products and the original delivery charge to the purchaser, but we may withhold up to 20% if the condition of the product or packaging affect the resale value.

What do I do if an item is faulty when delivered?

Return faulty or incorrect items to us for either a refund or replacement goods, whichever you prefer. If a refund is requested, we will also refund the original delivery charge. Replacement goods are posted free.

How do I return items?

1) Call

E-mail us or call 01379 852248 to arrange the return. We'll give you a returns number to write on your Freepost returns label. If needed, we can e-mail a returns label to you. You can call 9am - 5pm, Mon - Sat.

2) Pack

Pack you items carefully in their original packaging. You must enclose proof or purchase - receipt, e-mail confirmation or delivery note

3) Post

Securely attach the label provided and drop it off at your local Post Office. Request a free Certificate of Posting

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the contract was made. That means you can cancel before you have downloaded the product or we have delivered it to you.
